Amateur Radio Technician Licensing Class and Exam

When: Class begins Tuesday Sept. 22^nd, 2009, 6:00-8:00p.m. for 5 Weeks.
Licensing Exam on Tuesday October 27th, 2009, 6:00p.m.

Where: TAMUK Hill Hall Physics Building, Room 120

Who: Wild Horse Desert Amateur Radio club hams will host the class and be available to help you study for the licensing test on October 27th

What: We will cover the licensing test questions and topics plus provide some more detailed instructions by amateur radio operators from the community.

Manual: We will be working from the ARRL Ham Radio License Manual available from the ARRL. Click on the link to order.

Cost: The manual is $24.95 (plus shipping). The class is FREE. The license exam is $15 (exact change, no checks). More information about other requirements for the exam can be found HERE.
