 Museum Ships Weekend Event

A group of hams went aboard the USS Lexington to operate during the annual Museum Ships Special Event.   Thanks to Steve, W2MY for the pictures.

Don Hubbard, of Liberty Hill, Texas, NO5Q, our guest operator making a contact on CW. Don probably made most of our contacts. He worked through Saturday night. The temperature inside the radio room was about 92 degs F!!! Here are our accommodations on the USS Lexington.
