Field Day

Field Day 2009
June 27 & 28

When: June 27 1pm until June 28, 1pm
Where: South Guth Park, Corner of Ennis Joslin & Nile MAP
Why: Have FUN and make contacts across the US & Canada

We need help setting up, operating, tearing down, food, publicity, etc....

We will start setting up on Saturday morning, start operating at 1pm on Saturday and finish operating 1pm on Sunday. Then comes the task of tearing down. (It is amazing how much faster it comes down than it goes up.) In between the start & stop, operate a radio, talk with other local hams, meet people interested in amateur radio, eat some, and maybe sleep a little. K5CNZ, has offered to bring his motor home to the site, so we will have a place to get out of the heat (or maybe the rain).

Come experience Field Day! It is an operating experience you will be talking about until the next one in 2010!!!!
