Winlink 2000 Training Class - June 3rd, 2006 Date:
June 3rd, 2006 16 area hams gathered at the office of AD5TD to learn out Winlink 2000. Many of the hams brought their computers, TNCs, and radios to get assistance in configuring the software. We had two guest instructors for the event, Tom, N5TW, and Jim, NQ5L. Many thanks to them for making the trip down. After a brief discussion on the components of Winlink (Airmail, Telpac, Paclink), we broke into small groups to get some one-on-one coaching from the guest instructors and knowledgeable local hams.
